2. Reservations & Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability.

• A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure a booking.

• Guests must provide accurate personal information during booking.

• Bellevue Hotel and Residences reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)

• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

• A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

• Non-Refundable Rate: Full prepayment required; no cancellations or modifications permitted.

• Group bookings (5+ rooms) may have different cancellation policies.

5. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), cash (Jordanian Dinars or USD).

• Foreign currency payments are subject to the hotel’s exchange rate.

• Additional charges (e.g., minibar, room service, damages) will be billed at checkout.

6. Occupancy & Room Policies

• Maximum occupancy per room is strictly enforced. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

• Children under 12 years stay free when sharing a room with parents (existing bedding).

• Extra beds/cots may be available upon request for an additional fee.

7. Damages & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay.

• Bellevue Hotel and Residences is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• A security deposit may be required for incidentals or potential damages.

8. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.

• A cleaning fee (minimum 50 JOD) will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.

9. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.

• Service animals are permitted with proper documentation.

10. Privacy Policy

• Guest information is collected for reservation and service purposes only.

• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Force Majeure

• Bellevue Hotel and Residences is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics).

• Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in the courts of Amman, Jordan.
